Michael McCormick’s experience has been from ground floor project engineer to operations management to sales and executive management with leading firms such as: Fedex International, UPS, New Penn Motor Freight, XPO and many more.
Michael obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations and Management at Rochester Institute of Technology as a Cum Laude Graduate and Graduate School of Business-Quantitative Science and Engineering.
His extended specialties include being a top performer and sales/operations leader with the ability to transform tough corporate objectives into consistent revenue growth.
Michael has initiated successful account relationships and proven regional growth strategies. Proficient at increasing sales and managing staff and operations. He has proven to be a strong mentor and leader with the ability to build high performance teams. He has a consistent record of success working for transportation providers and developing profits over the years.
Carissa Falco
Carissa Falco’s experiences started after she graduated high school. Her father’s lucrative and successful cleaning business inspired her to become an entrepreneur. She pursued a business and marketing degree while taking over her father’s business. In the last 20 years, she has gained professional skills and experience in advertising, marketing, sales, journalism, business advising and health and wellness coaching.
Carissa obtained an Associates degree in Marketing and Sales, Cosmetology degree, and an Associate of Applied Science in Complementary Alternative Medicine with honors.
In 2009, Carissa’s mother passed away from pancreatic cancer. In her honor, Carissa and her siblings started a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization Dancers Unite Against Cancer. This organization comes together to raise money for a recipient who is battling cancer. Carissa has been responsible for all marketing and sales at every event.
